    where can I buy shorts and such for lowell correctional prison inmates. Like putting togather a care package?

      Why do prisoners need care packages? Unless you mean you want to do this for a family member or friend who is incarcerated. In any case, the prison has a list of what you can buy for inmates and sometime even list where it can be bought. Other than that, try a store that sells shorts. 


      I'd rather send a care package to our troops.
