My POP3 Server is not working. It is asking me for a password to get into Outlook Express. When I put in what I am sure is my password, it is rejecting it and I cannot get my new messages. I have never been asked to input my user name and password to access my Outlook before. I cannot get my new messages. How can I fix this problem?

when you get to the page that says "you have successfully  loaded your outlook express email"  click finish - and then go to tools on your top menu - click- it will bring up your email a/c - click on accounts from the dropdown menu - on the window that pops up there are a number of tabs, click on the mail tab - this opens up an email a/c  window - where you will see all your email accounts- to change the p/wd that is stored on your computer for one of these  accounts, click on the.

a/c in the list (you might only have the one) - so click on it so that it is highlighted, then click the "properties" button on the right. Click the "servers" tab,  type your self a new p/wd in where it says password, then click OK, - CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS WINDOW, - click on "send/receive" to check your emails as normal  == and Bobs your esteemed relative - have fun
