    To answer this question specifically you would need a synopsis of the constitution and knowledge of the current Nigerian government.  I don't know their constitution nor many specifics of their current government.  


    However, stability of any country's constitution rely's on both the government and the people of that country agreeing with what the constitution says- this agreement usually relies on the basic stability of the country.
