We are not doctors. It could be a bug bite or a spider bite or a flea bite or even a bite from a bed bug. You could be allergic to whatever bit you, if it's a bite at all. We can not guess or diagnose. If you have no doctor, go to the emergency room. If you do not have a lot of money, they have to see you and give you the paperwork to fill out to have their charity coffer pay for you.  Without seeing them or knowing your medical history, there is no way we, non doctors can tell you what they are. We can only guess and guessing is not good when it comes to someones health. Go to the emergency room.

Yes, you need to watch your fleamily. Some people are allergic to them.
