"I am very sure of what I want, and need nothing more."
I would just change the whole thing and say, "I have everything I want".

Help me please!! How is the correct way for to write this sentence?

"I am certain of what I want and I don't want more of anything."

"Sure" is typically used with spoken English.  I would use "certain" instead.

    I'm all set thanks..

Cut to the chase forget all the verbs and nouns and get direct to the point "all set thanks ..

No, the sentence is incorrect. I know what I want, I do not want anything else.
