    1)  If I ask you to compose a letter for me, to a very important customer, can you do that without spelling, grammar and punctuation errors?

    2) How would you handle two of our employees who sometimes argue in front of customers?

    3) How many sick days did you take last year?  How often are you late for work?

    4)  Did your previous boss ever complain that you did not follow his/her instructions?

    5)  How do you feel about being asked to work overtime when you have plans to meet a friend at a local theater in an hour?

    .....just for starters.

Oh is it against a person's civil rights? I suppose it's okay to take 3-4 sick days a month and be late almost everyday? How about if I just WHISPER the question and I DON'T tack on the end of it, "Ya' lazy bum"? Would that work? LOL!!!

    LOL !

    Isn't it sad?

Now,if the applicant brings it (health) up, you can then talk about it.

    Sad for sure.

What was effective was to focus on job expectations...and good attendance was a reasonable expectation...

    1. Are you on any mood altering drugs?

    2. Where do you see yourself in two months?

    3. Is hunger the reason your applying for this position?

    LOL!!!
    1) Only the kind that make me happy sir.
    2) Taking over your job sir.
    3) Yes, I'm down to 386 pounds sir.

    Am I hired?

"hi Jack. are you Hungry?"    maybe...  Or maybe the usual stuff about "how do you think you can add to this company?"  and  "What have you done that demonstrates your management style and success?"

...and don't forget the all important...

Correction: "not in a fast food joint...like you.....sir/madam! lol
    bustieone

    yes, my error...

Here's what I found at their site"Hungry Jack’s® is currently seeking mature minded, responsible and committed applicants who would like to be responsible for Image standards at our restaurant."...so it looks like they'll be asking about your experience and what it has entailed, also whether you are responsible and can show up on time,as well as if you will work there for a while or what your plans are and what do you expect to gain from working for the franchise. It also looks like they have some  programs/training for youth, check out this link:http://hungryjacks.worldmanager.com/careers/index.php  and good luck!
