Yes.  I always tell my husband if you see the opportunity to help someone do it...it  sends good energy out there.... and we all know that good energy is a great thing.

I would say yes.I have never been reluctant to step up to the plate & help someone who needs it.

Just lately tho I have had a couple of experiences that have made me re-think.

There are those out there who take advantage of those who are willing to help it seems.

The old saying give them a brick & next thing they will want the whole building seems to apply to some people I have dealt with lately.

But,yes helping someone who appreciates it is worthwhile.

YES. Helping someone feeling unwell talk to people who are lonely .someone down on there luck give If I can its nice to be nice Feeling happy? I would say "Grateful.

I suppose you could call it a happy feeing. But, I tend to look at it as simply a good feeling for having done what I felt was right to do.

Yes I always feel good after helping someone, there is so much rubbish going on in the world, it's nice when you can help each other. And it gives you faith in the human race when people are kind and helpful.
