You cannot. Also given in another answer here. The mobile phones are ruled by the company policies about divulging information to third parties. Furthermore, the number is linked to the service provider example 077 dialog. The only way to find the caller is to report him or her to the police who will still not provide you with the address nor details, but they may then inform the caller that their service will be disconnected through the "Telecommunications Regulatory Commission" if such exists in your country. Violation of privacy arises. You can get your service provider to provide you "with a block message from caller" link which costs you so much per month. The callers on mobile phones are untraceable, which is a negative to the users of mobile phones for good reasons, and a positive for those who use mobiles for illicit purposes, i.e. drug dealers as well.
