27 court cases handled and won, 3 walkouts and 1 setled through negotiation as answer, therefore one of two choices, you can take him to supreme court and contest his statement if it is given in writing. If it is said in court, he was in a foul mood and you may as well forget it because most of the other listeners in the court room will never support you against him, other barristers could lose their cases before him because he will remember any backlash and target those who crossed him. And you can stand up for your rights and do everything to win the case. Nobody can order you to lose the case, but he could make you lose the case. Such a request could make the outcome "assigned", where the best option is chosen because the least option could cause too much conflict.

I believe he is speaking of the US court system.

Have you represented cases before the Supreme Court before? Contact me if you can at <removed by moderator> and the statement was in writing and if you go to the petition under the word ORDER you can view the order on line. I beleieve the court placed it there.
Colleen
GCOMM7, you need to hire yourself a lawyer. The members here are volunteers and not meant for people to use for free legal help. If you need legal help, hire a lawyer.

@GCOMM7, latest court of Appeal, judgment due on the 28th of March. Legal Aid is also free, and pro bonno cases are done for free as well, with lawyers assigned (another meaning) by the courts to those who cannot afford legal counsel.

@GCOMM7, any legal system is the same, ours is based on the British legal System. And it is also a human rights violation "Racially discriminatory", one has no right to class an area with any deprivation of kind or creed.
Colleen
Does this work for countries that follow Shariah law too?
coolandy2000
@colleen, The Shariyah law, relates to the Muslims, and they have their own reckoning, based on the modified version of the Qu'ran. This is mainly against women, and gives men the superiority over women, because of their leader Mohammad. Their religion is also unilateral and allows no other form of thinking. The courts of law in most countries are ruled by foundation laws of governance, not religion, nor against a gender. Muslim laws are against a gender and based on a "religion" promulgated by man (more specifically one man). And Racial discrimination is not demeaning of women. Shahrariya is different from Sharia.

OK, I was just wondering since you put, "no one has the right to class an area with any deprivation of kind or creed."
I guess I was pointing out that some counties take that right. When answering questions here, you have to answer with broad strokes sometimes since you may not be answering for the other persons culture ;)

@Colleen, I never do :). deal with too many people and situations in life and they have their own thinking.I do not comment about any religion either because it is a contestable issue. The Muslims are a kind to themselves and outsiders do not understand their thinking, or their mentality. Best left to them is my approach. I would comment with web statements or as given in their books and traditions which are irrefutable :).
Would you help me here?
