I've shut you down already. Do not keep creating accounts to push your blogspot. I've checked the blogs posted there and you are a radical and most of what is posted is not true. Also, you were shut down for using this forum to advertise your store for free. Do not come back.

			    27 court cases handled and won, 3 walkouts and 1 setled through negotiation as answer, therefore one of two choices, you can take him to supreme court and contest his statement if it is given in writing. If it is said in court, he was in a foul mood and you may as well forget it because most of the other listeners in the court room will never support you against him, other barristers could lose their cases before him because he will remember any backlash and target those who crossed him. And you can stand up for your rights and do everything to win the case. Nobody can order you to lose the case, but he could make you lose the case. Such a request could make the outcome "assigned", where the best option is chosen because the least option could cause too much conflict.

			    I guess I was pointing out that some counties take that right. When answering questions here, you have to answer with broad strokes sometimes since you may not be answering for the other persons culture ;)
