Sometimes I push down on the place where my middle finger meets the back of my hand. I have to pull the finger up from the middle knuckle on the finger. It pops, but does't hurt.
When I have a big yawn, my right jaw creaks all the way to full extension. My neck creaks when I move it from side to side, or tilt it back.
Sometimes this stuff hurts and sometimes it doesn't. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disk disease in my cervical spine.
That means I have arthritis in my neck.
Perhaps you are developing arthritis. Check with your doctor.

Boy getting old is not for the faint of heart. I would call the nutritionist at CocoonNutrition.com. His name is Steven Heure and he knows mucho about the body. Free consultation. He is the fabulous bomb, smart, knowledgable and has helped people in my family and me over the years with various issues. He also works with people that have cancer.
