It is a crazy question,But it is true. I just ate those things and am having a hard time falling asleep. What should I do? Should I?
A) turn my T.V on put the timer to half an hour and fall asleep to that?
B) try to pull an all nighter until I get to tired and fall asleep?
or C) stay on facebook and chat with people on facebook?

Sleep is over-rated and who the heck made up the rule that you've GOT TO sleep at night? Look at babies for example...they sleep whenever they want and wake up to party whenever they want which would be why moms give them warm milk...heeyy!..why doncha try a nice cup of warmed up milk{with NO chocolate cuz it's full of caffeine} and if that doesn't work well...maybe you could attempt a few of these questions???Just a thought...sweet dreams!

A chocolate bar and chocolate muffin are full of sugar and caffein, a double wammy of stimulants. The digestive process takes time to cycle these items through your system. A glass of warm milk will help but only after the effects of the stimulants wear off. Next time don't eat before you're ready to go to bed.

There's caffeine in chocolate. Maybe that's what revved you up. Next time you can't sleep, try to concentrate on keeping your eyes open. That wiill make you close them and next thing you know.....you'll be asleep :-) Here's another tip..........If you can't sleep, listen to yourself breathing. That will lull you to sleep

Try doing that homework that you meant to get to... Don't you usually have extra work to do? Maybe now is the time to do that project that you have been putting off...

Chocolate increases your hyperactivity, also does the sugar. Night snacks for the sleepless are best something filling which isn't high on sugar; recommended a glass of warm milk, reading your less favoured books; mathematics for people who hate it does wonders; hunger causes lack of sleep which is why you eat cookies at night. Get onto the net and answer boring questions, that puts anyone to sleep; misspellings do that for me :)
