    why won't anybody discover me as a singer NOT a person who has normal expectations for myself?

    If you,re a GREAT singer they might listen.


    Normal is YOU!

    I was a professional singer/songwriter for 20 years and never felt for a moment that what I was doing was "abnormal" in any way...when you sing as a pro you'll be recognized as one by the fact that you're getting PAID.Normal expectations should include the following...a booking agent or if you've got the jam for doing the legwork and networking,formulate your own gigs...get paid....become a member of the AFofM...do more gigs...get paid....you see where I'm going with this? Being "discovered" is a pipe dream baby! Get out there and sing your keester off...eventually you'll get the recognition you seek...and deserve!Peace.
