Its not wise to buy meds on line, especially for animals. You do not know who you are buying from,  or what meds, really are made up from. As you know there are many scams, If you value your pet, take it to vet, There must be places where Vets attend to animals, for people who cant afford big Vet bills.

I wouldn`t touch on line meds for pets or people with a bargepole...You REALLY don`t know what you are getting..agree a million p/c with Dollybird !...I know how expensive it all is ..it`s what most of OUR hard earned cash goes on!!:-(...Can you also get pet insurance..to help with the costs..but well here(UK)..we have some great centres..eg PDSA...Cat protection league who can often help out if needed...google cat care..wherever you are!
