    joint pains when running! will this imprve over time, as i run more ?

    aven't run for decades, but getting pains in knees, hips! is this because i haven't run for so long? was hoping it would lessen over time ?!

    You should warm up before you start your run, just some simple stretching and bending exercise, then don,t go overboard with the miles, or yards, whatever the case may be.


    Build up the distance daily but never overdo it, you,ll feel a lot better given time,take it easy, ENJOY.
