I was told I have Guillain Barre Syndrome from my neurosurgeon and I have neuropathy. How do I treat the neuropathy associated with GBS?

Yeah, I had this since May 2011 about 2 weeks after I suffered a stomach flu and I developed symptoms like the inability to walk, neuropathy, numbness in both legs and face, tightness and pressure in my shoulders, chest, trunk and buttocks, and also middle-lower back pain.  I did have a cervical-spinal fusion performed in 2002 after I broke my neck and now there is a lesion and narrowing below the c4 and c5 at the site of the fusion and that may be contributing with all the neuropathy symptoms.
