      1 Answer

      1) Typographical error even if frequently entered.


      2) The person on the other end does not want to skype and has blocked you.


      3) Check whether the number must start with a + symbol,some phones need that and others do not.


      4) Sometimes happens when the connection in the computer is slow. Redial.


      5) Report it to skype as a fault.
