Dont really know ,head space is a issue ,functionality of the gun (rotation of cylinder ) not just the bore . Puncture the primer and you will have blow-back like you wont believe ,injury is possible . This is a question for a fire arms specialist . Ask yourself what happens if things go wrong ? I have seen a 2 shot derringer that would accommodate 410 shells from the end of shell to the end of barrel was about one half inch . Get good advice here.
