Eat and drink real food not man-made concoctions. Most are over loaded with either sugar or salt, both of which are unhealthy.

I believe they are high in sugar and caffeine content, so probably not, but a lot of staff here have them on nightshift

when my gentleman friend went into the hospital 2 years ago for fainting with his eyes open while sitting in a chair.,.....they told  him to go home an drink Gatorade ( prob b/c it has potassium in it.) So the day he came home, after he drank a couple bottles, he said he felt a lot better.
