This really depends on how they were cooked.
Roasted would be fine for me, and my blood pressure of course.
I hear they were rather tasty, this information came via my old Aunt Eedie, who swore till her dieing day that the steaks we fed her with were tough as old boots and that the Dinosaur steaks she had in her youth were melt in the mouth delicious.
I happen to believe this.
So, only guessing, but man may have played a part in devouring dinosaurs.

I know very well there was an old crock slithering about, eying all that succulent meat with your name. Our origins gave us our ways, knowing we’d dine our way up the lines of critters until we remember our odd adventure here. Who ate dino’s……we all did or we wouldn’t be here today. We learned to be polite and graze peacefully……on cows and crocs and things that others kill for us. Are we advanced.
other dinosaurs. Bugs ate the dead ones.Decomposition.

Bugs ate the live ones too. Also bacteria in an age when clean was unknown. The bugs evolved earlier than Dinos and many were quite large and tough. A very few survive to this day and swarmed continually. Bugs were the #1 threat to all plant life forcing plants to evolve defences like thorns, toxic chemicals and beneficial mutually supportive relations compounds such as nectar and pollen.
