    Can you move to Hawaii or out of the Country and still draw disability from Social Security

    If you are American you can move to Hawaii and receive the same benifits as Hawaii is an Ameican state.  If you move to another country then you would have to apply for disability there... the chances of the new country accepting you as a citizen and paying for your care are very slim.  I would pick Hawaii.  It is beautiful.

    Thank you for pointing out that Hawaii is a State! It was Our 50th State.

    Other than the 50 States the US territories (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam- google US territories for a list). They are Governed (or overseen) by the US Federal Gov't..and since Disability is Federally funded you may be able to move to a territory and receive benefits.  I have never been to Guam but Parts of Puerto Rico and All 3 of the US Virgin Island are very nice!
