    Fire drills are mandatory in any kind of dwelling that houses people......

    So if there is a fire drill in the hospital are all the patients removed? Couldn't that be dangerous as well?

    Fire drills don,t always mean the "removal" of patients, just getting them, or keeping them in the safest place away from the threat of fire.

    At the hospitals and clinics i worked at they would test twice a month- a PIA for the entire staff but Thank God we never had a fire!
