Facebook is great... Advertise there.... 

One way is print flyers with your information that depicts the services and fees for the services that you will provide and place  them securely at the homes in your area.

Do not put them in the Mail Box, that is a violation of the Postal laws

Depending on where your reside you may need a permit from the local authorities, however

Check with your state. Some states charge state tax on your sales. You might have to get a business license even if it is a lemon aid stand.

When I was about 11, I started a  petting zoo with all my friends pets. We put em in the garage and charged 5 cents admission. Didn't work out well, the pets all got into a fight. we had to close up shop. So then we went into the carnival business-- Trying to get some of the ugly kids to be freak show attractions didn't go over well with their parents-- So we went into the lemonade biz with dad's vodka.. the neighbor kids loved it, so did some of the parents. Pissed my dad off though..
