Back in the late 70's a study was done on the color pink. They found that too much pink can actually make a person nutty. Be careful how much pink paint you put up.

I absolutely agree with you, I had an apartment with mauve carpet and had to get a large custom border area rug to cover it up.

I just couldn't stand coming home to that color every night, didn't really know why. Now everyone thinks I'm crazy, lol. But seriously I couldn't stand that carpet.
