You'd probably be better off to leave it alone, get as far away from it as you can, and call the bomb squad. Unless you are living in a war zone, I don't think I'd worry about bombs falling out of the sky though! 

If one were to fall out of the sky i'm willing to bet defusing it at that point would be a bit too late.

My guess is that if you are close enough to see it coming down and toward you that you don't have much time to defuse it and obviously if you can see it you are only a couple seconds from dead so I really don't see a problem here.  I think I would put my hands over my eyes so that the bright flash went it detonates doesn't blind me though..  LOL

Who would want to catch a falling bomb,  lewboy, would you/ ????

1. Get away from it.

2. Ask someone else to deal with it.

3. Do not throw stones at it or try to make it blow up.

4. Place a warning sign at a safe distance from the bomb warning that the bomb is there. A hand drawn picture of the bomb exploding may help to deter folk from stumbling onto it. 

5. I have seen body parts with broken mirrors on them set up as warnings in war zones. 

6. Seek safety away from the war zone.

You take it apart exactly the way it was put together...............

Call the police, report it.............and run away from it!  The bomb squads are trained for this!

That's highly unlikely.  There are bomb squads around the world ready to take on the chore. You just keep away from it and everyone will be much safer.  Thank you very much.
