Sony is getting ready to launch the PlayStation Vita and, in order to highlight its backwards compatibility with the older PlayStation Portable, the company has posted a special tutorial on how you can get games for the older device onto the new mobile console. The PlayStation Vita is set to be released this month and, besides the variety of games that will arrive alongside it, Sony wants to make sure new owners know they can also play a variety of PSP games now available via the PlayStation Store.
As such, the company has posted a special walkthrough on the PlayStation blog, highlighting that, besides the 26 games that will be available once the Vita is out on February 22, 275 PSP games will also be playable on the new device.
