Thumb drive  

Plug it into your computer via a USB port. The computer/electronics store you buy the thumb drive from can tell you what a USB port is.  When the computer accepts the new device, it will open a window where you can select the files you want to upload onto the thumb drive. Once that is complete, look at your bottom toolbar and see "safely remove this device" click it and see the message that you can now remove the thumb drive. Put the thumb drive into your other computer and when the window opens, see "download files", click it. Download the files to the folder you want to store them in. Probably "my documents".  When complete look at your bottom toolbar and see "safely remove this device" click it and remove the thumb drive. You have successfully moved your files from one computer to another. 

If you are referring to the thumbs down symbol, if someone does not like your answer they can "thumbs Down"

Doesn`t happen very often as the person giving the Thumbs down and the receiver loose Karma points which are points gained by receiving a "Thumbs UpSome of the old stagers have several hundred thousands Karma points others only a few.
