Sorry but I'm sure that you know by now...there is no easy way to lose weight. It takes portion control (eat less), no junk food, lots of water, and daily exercise. That's a start. Any method of losing weight in a hurry, will result in putting it all back on. You need to change your lifestyle so that you can keep yourself at a healthy weight always!

Hello I hope this helps: I recently lost 20 pounds by replacing my breakfast and lunch with a home made smoothie. I just mixed skim milk with two bananas a little peanut butter and some of my favorite cereal. I used a little reeses puffs cereal in mine. I didnt have any problems at all with hunger. I hope that works for you like it did for me. good luck! I did forget to add that you can eat a normal dinner but I would add veggies and protein to balance it out.

iam sorry but iHave a problem called in spanish teroidis . iDont know what that means in english but ya iFound out tht iHave it. & iHad a operation and they took out my god or gob bladder they had some stoes on it.? iThink. but yeaa it's not my eating habit. i keep on gaining wait quick. :/

Like most have said cutting your portion size helps. Also charting your calories, as well as eating more healthy foods. Drinking a good amount of water, chewing your food at least 30 times, and eating smaller meals more frequently will help.
I don't know if you are aware of this, but taking digestive enzymes with your meals is supposed to cut down on gallstones.. Ask your doctor or check out a website on the benefits of digestive enzymes. Good luck!

I lost it in about 1 month. when losing weight, staying full without filling up on a bunch of calories is the thing. You have to remember to eat healthy no matter what you chose. i chose the smoothie to replace my meal because of the bananas and cereal. You can try any high fiber cereal to blend with the bananas and skim milk. I dont have a lot of time to sit down and eat in the mornings so drinking the smoothie was easier for me. Also the peanut butter with bananas will definitely keep u satisfied for a while. try the low fat peanut butter though bc peanut butter is high in fat. I have an overeating problem so I know that it is not just what you eat but how much of it you eat will make you gain. Make sure to eat as much vegetables as you can.
