What is the question? I assume that you would like to simplify 1.2 : 4.5 : 3.9
First, multiply all of the three numbers by 10 to get rid of the decimal point and then divide all of the three numbers by 3 to simplify.
1.2 : 4.5 : 3.9 = 12 : 45 : 39 = 4 : 15 : 13
