I am  tax preparer and just been terminated. My previous employer stated that i can not solicit my clients and I am still under contract.   I am trying to reestablish my tax profession. Is it legal for the employer to enforce a contract even after termination?

You need to contact the labor dept. We can not help you with this. We are a volunteer based general question and answer forum.
