How can I improve my Oxygen Level from 93-94 % since I suffer from mild COPD and go to the gym almost everyday. I was told to use Oxigen #2 level during sleep witch I'm doing and I feel fine besides getting a little unusually tired. Otherwise I'm a healthy man of 78

Hight 5" 7', 164lb, 28 fat ratio( that I also want to lower)

93% is good. The only way to make it better if possible is breathing exercises for your lungs which your doctor can give you along with the device to help you with the exercises.

It sounds like you are taking good care of yourself. There are two simple medical devices- one is a small plastic device with a tube- you practice blowing out all of your air and then sucking in air deeply and slowly with your mouth around the tube. It is called an incentive spirometer.  the other is similar but works in reverse- I am unsure of this devices name.  The first device (incentive spirometer) is widely used for patients after surgery to increase lung functioning and O2 levels.  I would think a well stocked pharmacy or medical equipment shop or here on the net would sell them. Your pulmologist or primary care doc might be able to help you get one.  I highly recommend talking to your doc first.  You are using a low amount of "supplimental" oxygen at 2% but no matter what advice you like I would not want you to hyperventilate, or become dizzy and faint.  COPD can be tricky- your lungs are doing a good job compensating for minor destruction so far.  I think it's great you are motivated to work on this!!!

Yup, that's the device I was talking about. My grandfather had COPD and had to use one. He hated it. I had to bribe him with special desserts to get him to use it, lol
