Its a public record . There are small fees at the court house for copying . A few dollars at the most . They will want you to prove you have a legit reason for the record and not a stalker. Its unlikely there is a completely free records site . Most that I have encountered have only wanted a modest amount . I will yield to the others and hope they have a better insight to this . No where in life where there is a chance to make money is there not a toll booth of some kind . Sad but I believe true .
