**LOVELY ICECREAM EASILY MADE AT HOME**

2LITRES OF VANILLA ICECREAM ((melted till soft))

700/750 GOLDEN FRUIT CAKE,Crumbled

1/4 cup (60-70ml) BRANDY or RUM **Not The entire Bottle though lol**

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH ELECTRIC BLENDER

THEN Just put in Freezer until FROZEN:))))or you can make moulds in cups etc by putting GLADWRAP inside a CUP then cover with the extra glad-wrap,freeze and pull mould out with care:)))

This icecream is so so yummy I do hope you try it:))

Its also GREAT for parties or any type of entertainment

You could add Red Cooking Sherry I was thinking today,what ever You like You can try the 3 lol sherry,rum,brandy and hey even Baileys etc
