Yeah lots of reasons - infections with fever, kidney disease - as ROMOS says vet as soon as possible.

There are many causes such as head injuries, cysts or tumor on brain, liver and thyroid problems. You need to take your dog to the vet to find out, There are medications to control the seizures.

Most likely your dog has low blood sugar meaning it's likely to be on the diabitic borderline. I strongly suggest that you get your dog to the vet for a blood workup A.S.A.P.

As everonr has said Please take you dog to the vet asap as e are not Vets on this site we can only give advise good luck with your doggie

some dogs just have them.  My son has had something similiar. Dont know why. We still let him play football, basketball. They may not be seizures at all. During growth spurts a body can react this way to hormonal changes. Both our kids had this one or two times. Gone after hit puberty. Main thing is to keep from swallowing tongue.

epilepsy, take the animal to the vet.
