Heartburn is known to feel like a burning sensation that is felt inside the chest and specifically in the lower sternum. Statistically, around 60 million of Us citizens are stricken with heartburn condition and clearly its never enjoyable when it takes place. there are lots of things on the market which I have tried but tums seem to work for me though start cutting out acid and fatty foods as this will start it off again also you should get this checked out by your Doctor just incase it might be something else

Rolaids works best for me when that occurs. Myself, I very seldom have heart burn, except when taking aspirin. So, like many other people are suggesting, you might want to examine the intake of different foods, drink, or medication, to establish a pattern that coincides with your incidents of heart burn.

Natural foods store get some papaya enzyme plesant taste chewable effective ,tastes good long lasting . Relief all day . Try this and you will never try the other stuff again ,I promise . All other advice here is good use what you can and try this . Am curious what you think so give some feed back . Bill.
