The nurse is quite correct. If people were intended to be nude, they would be born without clothes.

To avoid this in the future, women will just have to stuff baby clothes up their birth canals.

It would absolutely have to have been a joke, or her comments taken out of context, though I will admit to saying I wish our clients (developmentally impaired) people would keep their clothes on, a little different though as they are in their 30's and 40's
