Yes they are a scam. They claim to be BBB accredited when in fact the Atlanta BBB gives them an "F". They promise you a complete refund if they don't sell your property. I'm still waiting for my refund and it's been almost thirty days since my contract expired with 0 offers. I sent the required refund request letter within their 10 day timeframe via registered mail. They signed for it on May 14,2012.They don't even list it on a website like most of the others do. I can't tell you what they do for your hard earned money, if anything. I have begun a dispute with my credit card company. I'll find out on June 18,2012 if they're able to get my oney back for me. Good luck people and avoid Sharp Innovations like the Plague.

They are a scam. I filed for a refund and they ackknowledged receipt of my request. I never received a refund. I have filed complaints with The Georgia governor's office of consumer protection and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau in mid August 2012. Both offices said they would get back to me in 4 to 6 weeks. I also filed a complaint with the Atlanta BBB, and they said the company never responded to any of their inquiries.

Too late - I fell for the same scam and I should have known better. Spoke to Eric who told me that if they, and they being Innovative, didn't sell my timeshare w/in 120 days, I would get my money back. Well, imagine to my surprise when I read the fine print and it said my money will only be returned after closing. My fault - I should have read "everything" on the contract, but it is amazing how these companies can get away w/ fraud!!!!!]

Yes they are scammers and yes I got  taken! Sent them $788 in Feb 2012 to sell my timeshare. The contract was for one year with  a full refund if they didn't sell it. In October of 2012 I was notified by another scammer that they were closed down for 'fraudulent business practices' and they offered to get my money back. Didn't fall for that one.

Today, 6/10/14 I got a call from (321) 250-6315 stating they were Sharp Innovations and had never gone out of business, just closed the GA office. He said my account has been active all this time. I said I wanted my refund and he told me there is an 800# on my contract to call for customer service. He offered to transfer my call and we were (amazingly!) disconnected. I did a reverse search on the phone number and found it is a very new number in Kissimmee, FL. One listing from 4 days ago said the number was currently available, so whoever this is has only been operating a short time.
