    what should you do when you weigh more then 130 and ur 13?

    I would suggest a trip to the doctor to make sure there is no medical reason and if there is not dump the fast foods completely, go to eating plenty of fruit and veg trim all fat off meat BEFORE cooking, excersise at least three one hourly sessions a week and drink water only, no cordial, no soft drinks pure clean H2o.

    Are you a girl or a boy? Do people tell you you’re fat? How tall are you? Can you run the track? We can’t possibly answer that question. You have to talk to you parents or the adult who takes care of you. Read up on the computer. Find out what’s good for you. Good luck.

    PEOPLE LOVER had some good advice. I wish you the best of luck in losing weight. At the store the aisles are filled with sweet foods & carbs. It makes me kinda mad. Vegetables and fruits are good for you. The other stuff ... Blehhhh. : ) (But I love it)
