By not liking fish. I personally do not like fish.

I like my all time favorite salmon with my all time favorite wine - Pinot Noir

Being that salmon is a strong fish you should use a wine with a bit of flavor.  Usually with  fish or poultry the rule is white wine. It also depends on your side dishes, you want to balance out the meal..

Here are the top five suggestions I've found

Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc. Personally I prefer a sweet, but not to sweet wine if you catch my drift. Hope this helps.

    Funny you should ask.

A Riesling.  Gewerztraminer can work, but some are a bit too sweet.

I don't really think so but don't take it from me, I don't really like salmon.

I'll take the wine you can have the stinking salmon.
