The normal Temp. for a dog is 101-102,5 degrees. To take his temp, you have to have a special Thermometer for dogs. Lubricate the Thermometer w. petroleum jelly and insert in rectum, not more than an inch. If his Temp is over 103 degrees, take him to the Vet, Dont give him aspirin or any other human medication. Aspirin can kill your dog. He definately has something going on.

Quite right Ann aspirin can kill dogs and cats. Had an eccentric Architect friend once who gave this gorgeous black cat only one year old aspirin and the Vet told him this - I had him after this. This dog though needs to see the Vet as you say.
