The root of this problem lies with the people you purchased the item from . First contact them and confirm that payment was recived. Then ask why the download dont work and get some help on their end . This will work with legit companies . If its a scam then there never was anything to download and they have your money and you have sadness  .  If you dont see the secure  symbol its most likely a scam . Real companies want you to be pleased and will provide good reliable contact  information  Crap companies dont care dont wish to hear from you and will hide like rats from angry customers .Do a goggle search always type in the search bar : Name of company,  fraud  and if they are up to no good it will show up as a scam . Always do your homework first  before you buy on line . If it sounds like BS then there is no need to stick around and see if it  smells like BS too.  Spare yourself that experience .
