      Language barriers would probably be the most prevalent problem. But, if all approached the task at hand with maturity and the goal being an unquestioned objective, those are not insurmountable problems. People will need to hypothetically come to the table with an open mind and a willingness to compromise. The people involved will need to know what it is to actually listen to one another, and allow themselves to actually "brainstorm" in order to find solutions.

        Go to work collaberate with people do a diversity of jobs learn new skills and see what effects it as on your attitude and hoe much you are appreciated for your efforts you may find it illuminating.
