    can photocopies of original documents tendered as exhibit in court

    My originals are missing,But these were part of the agreed bundle of documents

    If it's an issue concerning property of any kind the original document must be presented. Proof of age also.

    Go to the court or check with your lawyer. This is akaQA, we don't have them.

    That would depend on the copies and how you recv them . If you made copies with out permission or took them from where they belonged to another place to make copies you would be in more trouble then the copies would be good for .


    If you signed for them on their release form and they provided you with the copies then yes you can enter them into your case .


    Also just a FYI - the judge will ask both sides to present proof of the copies in question . So keep your rec or ask for a copy of the release form that you signed to recv them .

    You don't "tender" docs to the courts, one files them, or submits them-Docs submitted to the court must have an original, pen and ink signature.
