    I downloaded Windows 7, can I download it again? Can I order a hard copy still?

    I purchased and choose the download version of Windows 7 Pro.  When I uncompressed the file the installation would hand up during a file installation.  I have tried it several times with the same results.  I would like to get a hard copy of my Windows 7 pro installation disk.  During the software installation it does not stop because of no driver available error.  I corrected all driver updates and downloaded the necessary Windows 7 updates for my PC.  Please help!!!

      You need to get in touch with Microsoft about this. We are akaQA and not linked with Microsoft.
