We`re all going to die someday!!:-¬..But you need to take extra care of your health...Is your diabetes under control??..do you monitor your blood/urine sugar levels regularly should be AROUND 4-7/8..Are you tablet controlled or just diet controlled?...are you eating a healthy diet..as sugar free as possible??...I think your high B/P is the more worrying of the two...does your Gp CHECK it regularly?..Are you overweight..not being personal..just often the cause of high b/p and late onset diabetes?...has your doctor refd you to a diatician and given you advice re gentle exercise to reduce b/p and ??Weight...High B/P puts an extra strain on your heart..you can turn that around..I lost 3 stone 3 years ago..so I know how hard it can be but am so much better for it!!....has your GP prescribed you any meds to reduce your B/P??..The most important thing is to stay health aware and insist on regular check ups and any o help you need!!...aLL THE BEST millie x
