My husband has been listening to David Wilcox. This is soooooo not my taste. I am waiting for the phase to end. What do you do?
a) Grin and bear the musical torture.
b) Say something such as, "Honey, I don't care for that. Please listen to it in the car when I am not in the car or any where near the car... or in the same city ... ever, ever, ever."
c) Buy earplugs.
d) Nod, smile and tap your toes.
e) None of the above. Here is my long answer.....................................................

(MCM, it's ROMEOS, a combination of Romeo and ROMOS) (*~*)
We're pretty in tune when it comes to enjoying the same type of music genre.
However, Roy does not care much for country music so when I play it he just grins and bares it!

The ex-husband wasn't one to listen to music much; his PBR liberal cr*p got on my nerves once in awhile. Maybe my penchant for the "oldies" channel bothered him. My 23 year old son really enjoys a wide variety of music and gives me credit for the exposure to the variety.
The "long term" mistake relationship opened doors of many new kinds of music for ME, and I did NOT enjoy some of it. I'm more one to like a song rather than a genre, so an incessant barrage of heavy metal was not something to which I looked forward. :O
