You are allowed to bring all medications on flights. They need to be in their Rx bottles. Liquid medicines are allowed too. Go to any airline site and they will explain how to carry liquid meds that r larger than 3 oz, syringes etc. I used to fly alot and always carried my meds aboard (I was wary of putting them with checked baggage as I have gone a week before without my baggage as the airline sent my suitcase accross the country-oops.) I had a few syringes with me and was never questioned...but they were tiny needles. If you need to bring a small cooler aboard you can do that too. But, at last check, the cooler counterd as a piece of carry-on luggage.
