        It is when a girl wearing a bikini is almost drowned in the surf so the lifesaver gives her a whack on the back to expel the water from her lungs. More than one whack and it is "Bikini wax"

          Yes Romos painful which ever way, I have always found plucking with my teeth to be quite satisfying for all concerned.
