    Do you still leave milk & cookies (biscuits) for Santa, Xmas Eve.---

    Or a can of the real thing and Tim Tams -- i do for the grand kids, they love to see the empty glass and saucer and bits of cotten wool out of Santa's beard  in the morning-- the look on their faces make it all worth while.

      YEs, we bake fresh peacan and chocolate cookies for Santa... We also put out reindeer food (oatmeal with sparkles in it) for the reindeer.


      On Easter the Easter bunny leaves tracks al over the house... They smell like baby powder...


      My kids are 12 and 15 and know truth . But being a kids only last so long... We enjoy the ride.

        Jenn ,you really get into the christmas spirit, re: easter bunny we leave small chocolate all over the back yard and the kids have a treasure hunt.

        On the 5th of Dec, we make a Christmas countdown chian.. I used to make them every year for every kid in both classes.... I wrote a poem for it... My kids love it.. Just paper rings.. But it makes Christmas special.

          By the time he reaches California, he is all cookied out.  A pot of coffee mysteriously disappears sometime between midnight and 9 AM Christmas Day.

              Never could figure out how anyone can eat mince pies, Santa probably trades with the Reindeer!

                    By the time he gets here, he's pulling the sled and the reindeer are chillin in the sled. I give him a back rub and a little "Crank" and he's off and running.

                        We used to leave milk & fruit cake until Santa became lactose intollerant.Nowadays its just fruitcake. I usually dress up as Santa on Christmas morning.I think the oldest grand-daughter (8 year old) is on to me now tho.I don't reckon I'll get away with it this year.LOL

                          When my husb was alive and well, I put out some of his sister's homemade biscottis and milk. And b/c I went to bed a little later than him, I ate the cookies and milk . Next morning, I said.  "Hey ! This proves there really is a Santa Claus ! ''   He seemed tickled about that. It was all a game.
