I have purchased some beautiful, knitted (crocheted?) socks for my mom, sister, and aunt. My middle son (the one who's been in jail since March) will soon be receiving the NIV version of the Life Application Study Bible (which he has requested). My youngest son is getting a poker set (nice travel case with two decks of cards and a bunch of nice chips in a holder-thingy) and two 3-packs of PEEPS (Christmas trees and Snowmen). Not sure what to give my uncle, two cousins, son of cousin, brother-in-law, and granddaughters. My best friend will get a pair of earrings I'm making for her, and my very good friend and I will go out to dinner. I hope to do a little baking and have some small gifts of goodies for bowling and church friends. That probably won't happen, but the thought is pure. :D

To my kids, money this year sadly. To my parents I am giving time. I am going to their house and cooking turkey dinner and hanging out with them. To my man, we are going to Mexico for a week in January so I am looking for some nice shorts and things to wear there. In amongst all the gifts the biggest thing I want everyone to know is how much each of them mean too me so I am writting a letter to each.

My grandchildren are all over 18, exept two at 15 and 12. I am giving them money. I buy a few presents for my daughter who lives with me and my love of 23 years. I bake alot and just made 8 Pannetones (Christmas bread w. yeast) and lots of special cookies from the old country.I give many away to neighbors and friends.I usually make hats, scarfs and mittens dishcloth . potholders. scuffies and Afghans, but did not get to do it this year, because my dog chester was so sick.
